- Skip writing of the images for events below the minimum
  phe- number to simulate the noise

- Change shape of low gain pulse, to look like in data.

- Change default delay of low gain pulse w.r.t. high gain

- Make no switch to low gain of high gain signal is small, so that
  we can obtain HG pedestals from events, like in data.

- Introduce realistic time jitter of PMTs 

- Make one MMcConfigRunHeader per telescope

- Change flag of CalibrationPattern according to the color and 
  intensity of the light.

- Introduce blind pixel for calibration?
