- Change shape of low gain pulse, to look like in data. --> Done; Add some comments

- Introduce correlations in the electronic noise

- Change default delay of low gain pulse w.r.t. high gain (add option in input card). Make that it can have any value, not just a number of slices.

- Introduce realistic time jitter of PMTs 

- Make one MMcConfigRunHeader per telescope

- Change flag of CalibrationPattern according to the color and 
  intensity of the light?

- Introduce blind pixel for calibration?

- Check: first "valid" event of each run seems to be empty!

- If paths are not correct, no error is displayed, but just a crash!
