1Configuration = set of program options. <br>
2The program options of all components running to operate the telescope
3can be set via <ul>

5<li> setup-file, e.g. program.rc</li>

9A history of the configuration inserted into the database is kept.
10Therefore, the configuration of the telescope at any time can be
11viewed, and configurations of different timestamps can be compared.

15<u>The display</u>:

17<li> additional (new) program options on the right side are displayed
18in <font color='green'>green</font></li>
19<li> additional (old) program options on the left side are displayed in
20<font color='red'>red</font></li>
21<li> program options where only the value has changed, are displayed in
22<font color='blue'>blue</font></li>
23<li> by default program, key, value and type are displayed. You can
24display additional columns (for the two configurations independently).</li>
25<li> for the time stamp, you can select between the 'pulldown' menus or
26a 'text input' where you can enter the timestamp.
27<li> in case the timestamp is empty, the current configuration is
28shown.</li>
29<li> 'next/prev time stamp' and 'reset dates' directly issue the
30display and comparison of the configurations. When you select a
31timestamp by hand, you have to click 'show / compare'</li>
