Message:

The commands fadc_noise, trig_noise and elec_noise_off have been added.
The two first are used to set the width of the electronic noise,
both for the FADC system and the trigger system. The later command is used
to switch off the electronic noise.
It has been change camera 0.4 by camera 0.5, since the camera version
number has been changed.
