    7171\begin{abstract}
7272We present a detailed strategy for the observation of Gamma Ray Bursts (GRBs) for the first
73 half year of 2005. All observations will be mainly triggered by alerts from \sw. In addition
74 \he and \ig satellites will contribute to the number of alerts.
75 We expect an alert rate in total of about 15 per months where 1--2 should be observable due to our
76 duty cycle. Because it is still unknown how many alerts \sw will deliver in total and its precise sky coverage,
77 we cannot predict the alert frequency better than 100\% uncertainty. This leads to a expected observation time
78 of 5$\pm$5 hours per month. This number includes already observation during the moon time.
     73half year of 2005.
74All observations will be mainly triggered by alerts from \sw.
75In addition, the \he and \ig satellites can contribute a small number of alerts.
76The \sw collaboration expects a total alert rate of about 15 per months --
77although with big uncertainties -- out of which 1--2 should be observable due to our
78duty cycle. The overlap in sky converages between \sw and \ma seems to be favorable for \ma.
79As it is still unknown how many alerts \sw will deliver exactly, and how its sky coverage matches
     80with the one of \ma,
81we cannot predict the alert frequency now to better than 100\% uncertainty.
82This leads to an expected observation time
83of 5$\pm$5 hours per month. This number includes observation during moon-time.
7984We give a detailed description of the observation procedures in La Palma and
80 propose to review the situation in half a year from now.
85propose to spend one dedicated night to test the automatic alert procedure
     86with the subsystem experts.
87We suggest to review the situation in half a year from now.
