Adding the Project Checkmc
20:34 Changeset [328] by magiccvs
This is the starting point for further development of the checkmc program. This program is based on the work of JC Gonzales, D Petry & P Morawitz. I hope it is running under linux and osf/alphas. You have to set the right values in the config.mk.* file and the Makefile. Now this program is also under CVS control.

In this directory you can find the files which describes the geometry and response of the different components of MAGIC. For example the files magic.def sets up the geometry of the telescope. Alternativly you can use ct1.def for the HEGRA-telescope No 1. The reflector program needs also the focals.dat and the reflectivity.dat files. For the execution of camera you the qe.dat and the magic.def files are needed. In this directory you can also find some special files for testing. The use of IntevacPhotoDiodes or the use of refect-100%-reflectivity- mirrors can also be simulated by setting the links to the right files.
