During the Monte Carlo Software meeting, a new version of attenu.f was promised by Jose Carlos, Frank Schroeder and Aitor Ibarra. I got this version for the repository. A small change in the Makefile was also neccessary. Thanks to Jose Carlos for his support to run it on alpha!

We itroduced a new constructor that has values for gate length and amplitud response and fhwn for one phe.

It reads from the general input card the parameters for the trigger analysi.

Some changes have been done in the root output file. The RawEvt tree is only stored in the single trigger mode. The trigger input parameters are also given by the general input card. The diffuse NSB and the star NSB have been decoupled. Now the contribution of each one can be studied seperately.

Frank Schoeder informed me that the routine attenu.f was not right for high zenit angle. He sent me a correct version of that routines, that takes a correction factor from Aitor Ibarra for the Airmass for HZA into account. I put the new version into the repository.
