Made ready for boost 1.70 by replacing get_io_context; the SSL connection has to be properly shutdown, but this required a new socket.. therefore switched to boost::optional to keep the socket.

Readline 8 behaves differently. The best fix is to use the readline functions themselves and don't interfere... this does not work well for resizing for older readline libraries, but that neither worked proprly before.

Readline needs to be told which are the printable charcters in the prompt and which are not... this was why it sometimes bevahed a bit erratic.

It seems that MYSQL_LIBRARY gets defined even though it might be empty. Therefore, it has to be checked for emptiness and get totally undefined before MySQL is searched; added a policy availability check and an output for debug purposes of the used cmake version.
